Catering and Support Services – Director
Jo has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. With Tertiary qualifications in Business Management and also a qualified Chef, Jo shares a passion for people as well as food and nutrition. Jo established the Catering Division at Elynwood and was instrumental in the development of its policies and procedures, as well as developing the hands-on knowledge required to train team members. Jo prepares and supervises the transitional plans for new projects and brings to Elynwood a wealth of operational knowledge, client relationship building skills and field training experience. She strives for total customer satisfaction and making a difference in peoples lives.
